Newsletter

Nature and purpose of the processing:

Your data will be used solely for the purpose of emailing you your subscribed newsletter. Your name is provided to allow us to address you personally in the newsletter and, if necessary, to identify you should you wish to exercise your rights as a data subject.

Providing your email address is enough to receive the newsletter. When registering to receive our newsletter, the data you provide will be used solely for this purpose. Subscribers may also be informed by email of any circumstances relevant to the service or the registration (e.g. changes to the newsletter offering or technical matters).

A valid email address is required for the registration to take effect. We use the “double-opt-in” process to verify that a registration has genuinely been made by the owner of the email address. For this purpose, we log the placing of the newsletter order, the sending of a confirmation email, and the receipt of the response requested. No other data is collected. The data will be used solely for the purpose of sending the newsletter and will not be passed to any third parties.

Legal basis:

When you give your consent (Art. 6 (1a) GDPR), we will send our newsletter or comparable information at regular intervals to the email address you provide.

You can withdraw your consent to the storage of your personal data and its use for sending the newsletter, with effect for the future, at any time. There is a corresponding link in every newsletter. You can also unsubscribe on this website at any time or inform us of your revocation of consent using the contact option provided at the end of this privacy notice.

Recipients:

Recipients of the data may be processors.

Storage period:

The data will be processed in this context only if the relevant consent has been given. It will then be deleted.

Statutory or required provision:

The provision of your personal data is voluntary, based solely on your consent. Unfortunately, we cannot send you our newsletter without your consent.

In making the contact form available our aim is to offer you an uncomplicated way of contacting us. The information you enter is stored for the purpose of processing your request and any follow-up questions we might have.
